City Ordinance:

Overnight Parking - South Pasadena Municipal Code (SPMC) 19.58 limits the parking of motor vehicles upon city streets to one-half hour between the hours of 2:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M. Yearly, monthly and nightly permits may be obtained at the police department for a nominal fee.

City Ordinance:

Parked over 72 hours - SPMC 19.47 prohibits a vehicle from parking on any street for longer than a consecutive period of 72 hours. Regardless, if an overnight parking permit is displayed.
