The Finance Department provides fiscal support and management information on expenditure and revenues to all departmentsrecords and tracks all financial transactions of the City through its accounting, payroll, cashiering and collection services;produces the budget and maintains the budgetary controls;monitors business and dog license regulations; maintains the Utility Billing accounts and billing customers for water usage and rubbish disposal.
